Skin thinning usually happens when strong steroid creams or fairness creams are misused at home for years. In a proper clinic, the doctor selects the correct strength and depth for your skin type. The result is healthier skin, not weaker skin.
Most horror stories come from untrained beauticians using cheap Chinese machines, expired fillers, or wrong products in salons.
